Vincent Woodgate
Managing Director
Vincent Woodgate has served as a Senior Commercial and Agribusiness Manager for 25 years and successfully managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients for both NAB and CBA. His extensive banking career began in 1985, spanning over 36 years before he became a Finance Broker in 2021. He is passionate about providing superior service and guidance, ensuring his clients' financial needs are met in a professional and simplified manner. Every client receives the same high level of care and attention, regardless of their current financial position.
Specialising in Agribusiness and Commercial Finance, Vincent is passionate about helping businesses, farmers, and investors achieve their financial goals. He doesn't simply view people as clients, he sees them as long-term relationships and often as friends. Vincent takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances, building trust through honest advice, reliability, and genuine care. His relationship-focused approach has enabled him to develop strong, lasting connections with clients who continue to rely on his guidance throughout different stages of their financial journey.
Vincent holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia.

Finance Broker
With an extensive and distinguished background in Music, Ashlee Woodgate brings a unique combination of professionalism, discipline, and client-focused service to Woodgate Finance. Overseeing the Residential lending side of the business, she works closely with clients throughout their finance journey, providing clear communication, loan processing, and dedicated support from application through to settlement.
Ashlee assists clients with a wide range of lending needs, including home loans, refinancing, investment lending, first-home buyer solutions, business loans, and equipment finance. She works closely with clients to help them navigate the lending process, ensuring they understand their options and have the support they need to achieve their financial goals. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service help ensure a smooth and seamless experience for every client.
Ashlee holds both a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
